Canada Day Celebrations: “Canada the Free”!
We will feature the artwork of 89 year old, legendary Deaf artist Igor Kolombatovic, who found freedom in Canada as a young refugee from Europe, demonstrate art in progress by senior Toronto artist and known illustrator, Hubert Greene and feature sign language dancers “ASL Waves” for an inspiring rendition of “Oh Canada” as a tribute to Canada Day celebrations interspersed throughout the day. Enjoy powerful art of a free man and cake to celebrate “Canada the Free”
