Purchases & Returns Policy


All of our products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email info@deafculturecentre.ca within 21 days and we will replace, exchange, or refund your money.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless it is found to be a result of defect or our error. Products must be returned and received by the DEAF CULTURE CENTRE in their original condition and packaging before refunds are processed.

Processing and Shipping Policy

Your orders will be processed at the DEAF CULTURE CENTRE and shipped from the “Toronto’s First Post Office” located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders will be filled with in two working days and you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 days. Once your order is processed you will receive updated notifications by email. If you require expedited delivery contact us at info@deafculturecentre.ca to make the arrangements. Please include your invoice order# as a reference on the email.

For a nominal fee you can request your purchase to be gift wrapped prior to delivery for that special occasion. Additional fee may apply for express delivery by Canada Post or UPS. For orders outside of Canada, shipment will be sent by air delivery which may require extended shipping time. You will be notified if there will be additional duty and tariff charges prior to delivery outside of Canada.
